What are the delivery times?

All our radiators and towel rails will be delivered free to the UK mainland, and we hold all our products in stock ready to be dispatched directly from our UK warehouse in East Grinstead.
Products held in stock in our standard stock colours can be delivered in 48 – 72 hours
The delivery times and options are shown on each product page throughout the website
Once your order is picked and ready for despatch, we will contact you to confirm and agree the delivery schedule.

Is delivery free of charge?

All our products come with free standard delivery on UK mainland orders, but in some locations a surcharge may apply. All our delivery times are based on working days of Mon – Fri.
We also offer a chargeable specialist 2-man delivery service to a room of your choice.
Some areas of Northern Scotland and Scottish Isles, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland, as well as to some harder-to-reach areas of mainland UK and for large items that are sent by pallet, may require additional charges.

International delivery

We do not offer international delivery as standard; however, we have several group offices and factories across Europe. If you have specific requirements, please call us to discuss how we might service your request.

Returns & Collections

If you change your mind or no longer require your order and wish to cancel or return it, you should inform us no later than 14 days after you have taken delivery of the products. You can contact us:
